Join us for a loving journey of Ecstatic Dance 2nd Saturdays at Hot Yoga 8! Schedule is below, please note to get in before 8pm as that is when doors will close! We look forward to dancing with you!

Schedule:
7pm: Doors open. Arrive at this time to check in, warm up and stretch.
7:15pm: We gather in the opening circle
7:30pm: Dance journey begins
8pm: Doors close (Get in before 8pm)
8:45pm: Savasana (which means we will have had 1 hour of a full dance journey!)
9-9:15p Closing Circle
