Benefits:  Opens the shoulders, upper back, and chest while strengthing the upper body, butt, legs, and spinal column.  Improves flexibility of back and stretches the abs and hip region.


Instruction: Find your way to your back with knees bent and feet on the floor.  while bending your elbows place your hands on the floor next to the ears.  Fingers should be pointed towards the feet.  As one presses into the hand and feet they should lift from the belly and rise it to the sky.  As you create a dynamic arch in your back continue to maintain a steady breath.
