Trikonasana - Triangle Pose



 Utthita Trikonasana - Triangle Pose: Basic hip-opening standing pose
How to do pose: Inhale extend the front leg straight and lean forward over your front leg. Exhale place the hand on the shin and slide it down towards the foot/ Inhale extend the left arm up.
Benefits: Trikonasana - Triangle pose stretches the hip, back muscles, chest and shoulders.
 The pose tones the legs and torso, it is good for building strengths in the core and burning calories.
