Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga that combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative vinyasa yoga flow. The practice is divided into three different sequences based on the series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
The Rocket Yoga practice begins with the sun salutations sequence, to help prepare the body for the more intense poses that are to come. Usually, three rounds of Sun Salutation A are followed by three rounds of Sun Salutation B. The series of poses can be modified to suit different levels of fitness and abilities, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
